Tempo SloMo reveiw – App is used on iPod TouchPros:Works very wellLoads files fastThe interface has got to be the coolest. (Developer! Don’t touch that ring dial)The large ring allows easy and precise adjustments because its circumference is much longer than any fader’s length could ever be, even in landscape view.Cons:Song section markers can become crowded on longer and/or more complex songs because of the short bar length.Suggest separate page for section markers using a ring dial where markers can placed along its circumference.(Did I mention that the ring dial was a killer idea?)No loop function. Developer, add another ring dial page. Loop markers placed along the circumference. Loop start and end points numerical time displays similar to current % tempo change display.Looking forward to next update.

Tempo SlowMo Released!

Tempo SlowMo

Our new free app, Tempo SlowMo was released to the Apple App Store on 1st September.

Tempo SlowMo is intended to provide a simple and intuitive interface designed to help you learn and practice playing songs by enabling you to slow them down. Slowing a song down enables you to play along with a song if you are not yet up to speed or help with tabbing it out.

I have just started learning the banjo so I’m using it a lot myself to slow down the banjo rolls which are often ridiculously fast.

Try it, let us know what you think and what you would like to see in future versions.
